1.Electric system safety
All the operator will have to go into strict training, and operate the machine according to the procedures of this manual. No one is permitted to operate the machinery without proper training.Improper operation and use may result in dangerous condition.
2.Operation of electrical system
Before operation, be sure to read through this manual carefully to become sufficiently familiar with the procedure for safety, operation and maintenance of self loader truck.
1) Check system apparatus and make sure they are not damaged or worn,circuitry without loose.
2) Turn on the power switch.
3) Make sure that the emergency stop function normally.
4) Understand the safety characters and remote control functions of this manual.

3.Potential risk source
When use remote control to operate the contianer side loader , it may have obatacle in the view of operator, or some operation beyond the view of operator, so:
1) Operator should have clear view on equipment being operated, do not operate if it is difficult to see.Do not modificate or remove the safety features of system.
2) Be sure to cut off remote control power when operator stand far from equipment.Be sure to cut off power when perform installation and maintenance.
4.Emergency stop
The systen has two emergency stop button, one is located on the panel,which set the vehicle end, namely, emergency stop buton, the other is located on the remote control, i.e. emergency stop button.Warning: before operation, check emergency stop button and make sure that it is in normal state.One of the most important functions of the system is emergecy stop, all movements of front and rear lift equipment will be stopped if any of the emergency stop is pressed down, system will neglect other signs if emergency stop sign appeared.
