A Sidelifter is a purpose built semi-trailer, on which, a specially designed set of cranes are mounted, to lift and transport ISO shipping containers of various types, sizes and weights, up to 48′ and 40 tonnes. Sidelifter cranes can also be mounted on a truck deck for handling 20′ containers. Most self-loading trailers can transfer containers to other trailers and trucks. Many are also engineered to ‘double stack’ i.e. stack containers two high on the ground.

Emergency stop
The systen has two emergency stop button, one is located on the panel,which set the vehicle end, namely, emergency stop buton 1, the other is located on the remote control, i.e. emergency stop button 2.One of the most important functions of the system is emergecy stop, all movements of front and rear lift equipment will be stopped if any of the emergency stop is pressed down, system will neglect other signs if emergency stop sign appeared.
Warning: before operation, check emergency stop button and make sure that it is in normal state.
Potential risk source
When use remote control to operate the machine , it may have obatacle in the view of operator, or some operation beyond the view of operator, so:
1) Operator should have clear view on equipment being operated, do not operate if it is difficult to see.
2) Be sure to cut off remote control power when operator stand far from equipment.
3) Be sure to cut off power when perform installation and maintenance.
4) Do not modificate or remove the safety features of system.
Electrical system summary
The electrical control includes the following functional modules of the Titan container lift: wireless remote control and night work lighting. The main electrical components include remote control and dome light. Note: 12V DC can only be used in this electrical system.
Remote Control
The container side loading trailer adopts a remote control customized for the environment, performance needs, operation process and standards. We use a wireless remote control. The receiver needs to be fixedly installed. The receiver has a high degree of protection and can be installed in the open. If the receiver is installed in an electrical control cabinet, the service life of the receiver may be extended.
Install the electrical system
The electrical system uses an electric control box and a junction box to arrange wires and connectors. The wiring is simple and easy to install. If you have purchased our complete set of equipment (including front hoisting equipment, rear hoisting equipment, chassis), all electrical components and wiring harnesses have been installed on the equipment and should be used in accordance with the instruction manual. If you purchase the upper equipment (including the front suspension device and the rear suspension device), please make sure to perform simple installation before use. A brief introduction will be given below to clearly explain the installation of key electrical components.

Dome Light
In order to meet the needs of night work, ceiling lights are installed on the lower surfaces of the front and rear lifting devices.

Electric control box is the nerve center of this electrical control system, it take on dual task of control and junction, same as remote control receiver, we suggest that install it in the identical electric control cabinet with remote control.
